Shipping Policy
The below policies only apply to orders placed via lighthouselemonade.com (via Shopify).
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
In the case that we experience a high volume of orders, delays may occur. We will contact you by email should your order be delayed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping on all products via our website is only available in Ontario*. Due to increased mail demand, Canada Post can only provide delivery timeline estimates.

Note: Shipping outside of Ontario (Canada-wide) is available via Etsy. Please visit our Etsy shop for corresponding shipping prices, policies and details.
Orders of 3 or 6 bottles will ship for a flat rate of $12.00. Orders of 9 or 12 bottles will ship for a flat-rate of $17.00.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via the email address you provided when you placed the order.
Shipping times are calculated at checkout.
Damages
Lighthouse Lemonade Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
Lighthouse Lemonade does not currently ship outside of Canada.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return or exchange, contact us using our online contact form. If your request is accepted, further instructions on how and where to return the product or how to receive a new item in exchange will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Lighthouse Lemonade cordials purchased in store are not eligible for returns through lighthouselemonade.com. Please contact the store where you purchased the cordial to determine their return policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of the return. If approved, a refund to your original payment method may be offered, or an exchange for a new item of equal value. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
